Year 4 Teacher - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher to join a school near to Blackburn. You will be teaching Year 4 pupils and will need excellent curriculum knowledge of both core and foundation subjects.

You will be working alongside other teachers and teaching assistants to promote a positive learning environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Blackburn
• Position: Year 4 Teacher
• Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm
• Type of Work: Temporary
• Full time/Part time: Full time only
• Minimum Rate of Pay: £135 per day, depending on experience
• Start date: Jan 2025
• End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

• Qualified teacher status is essential for this role
• Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
• Previous experience working with primary aged pupils
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, parents and staff

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
