In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing students for their transition into Key Stage 2, while fostering a love for learning and academic excellence.

• Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver thought-provoking, creative lessons that challenge Year 5 students, helping them to reach their full potential.
• Monitor and Support Progress: Regularly assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and opportunity, while tailoring teaching methods to enhance understanding.
• Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behavior and create an environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and respect.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow teachers to uphold high standards of teaching and learning across the school, ensuring students thrive both academically and personally.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential for this role.
• Previous experience teaching Year 5 or within Key Stage 2 is highly preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents alike.

• Competitive Pay: £100 - £140 per day, based on your experience and qualifications.
